Agreement to sell Egdon Resources Ltd to ECORP Oil & Gas UK Limited
June 23, 2010 London, England - The Directors of Egdon Resources plc are pleased to announce that Egdon and eCORP Oil & Gas UK Limited ("eCORP") have entered into a conditional agreement for the sale of Egdon Resources (New Ventures) Ltd ("ERNV"), the holder of Egdon's permit interests in France, to eCORP for £4.5 million in cash (the "Disposal"). Egdon will also be granted certain Back-In Options.

eCORP Announces Addition of Patrick J. Peldner to Management Team

eCORP Announces Asset Management Arrangement for Gas Marketing Subsidiary
July 10, 2008 HOUSTON, Texas – eCORP, LLC (“eCORP”) of Houston, Texas today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, eCORP Energy Marketing, LLC (“eCEM”), recently closed an Asset Management arrangement with Louis Dreyfus Energy Services, LLC. Under the arrangement Louis Dreyfus will manage certain northeast U.S. transportation and storage capacity temporarily released to them, and three of eCEM's employees were seconded to Louis Dreyfus. The arrangement will be for an initial term of approximately one year, with potential extensions contemplated.
